Serochem was founded in 2019 with the goal of making gene therapy and biologics affordable. Prices of raw materials and reagents used in therapeutic applications are continuously increasing, making research and commercial manufacturing prohibitively expensive. We're working to reverse the trend by designing efficient manufacturing methods and novel materials that can be easily integrated into our customers' processes.

While our initial focus is gene therapy and biologics, our synthetic chemistry expertise is applicable to any industry where a material must be designed from the ground up, or where large-scale manufacturers fail to meet the quality and consistency required. This focus makes us an ideal partner for medical and high complexity industrial applications.

We help our clients in three ways. First, we're building a portfolio of cost-effective products that will give superior performance. Our PEI based transient transfection reagents launched in 2020 and we are working to add additional products in the bioprocessing space. We also provide contract manufacturing services for clients who know their target material and need help with design and manufacturing. Finally, we use our broad chemical industry experience to provide consulting services for companies that are looking to grow through product development, marketing, or sales.
